MTD VAT for Odoo

Coming soon.

No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.

We use what we build

  • Odoo — our own subscription business: over 1,200 active subscriptions and nearly 800 customers. Renewals, customer wallets, payment reminders, support tickets and email campaigns run in one database.
  • WordPress and WooCommerce — our own sites, and plugins we publish on WordPress.org.
  • Telegram bots — customers check their account, get notifications and ask for support in our bot; a second bot runs our routine server tasks.
  • Our own Linux servers — mail, bots and web services that we set up and look after ourselves.

What we build for clients, we use or test on our own systems first.

How we work

1. A written brief

You tell us what you need in writing, and we ask our questions the same way. We work in writing — no sales calls needed.

2. A fixed quote or a block of hours

A fixed price for a clearly defined job, or a package of hours at £110 an hour for open-ended work.

3. Built and tested on a copy

We develop and test on a copy of your database, never on your live system. You check the result before it goes live.

4. Yours to use, with support

You get full rights to use and change the code we write for you. After launch we support it in writing and remotely: Odoo Care £195 a month, or £110 an hour.

How pricing works

A fixed quote for a clearly defined job, or a block of hours at £110 an hour (10 hours £1,100, 20 hours £2,100). Typical jobs start from £220 for a change to Odoo.

Who we are

ProTech Labs is the software development arm of Pro Technologies Limited, a UK company in business since 2012. We run our own business on the systems we build and maintain: Odoo, WordPress and WooCommerce sites, Telegram bots and our own Linux servers. So we know not just the code, but how it works day to day: subscriptions, payments, customer support, email campaigns. We use the latest development tools, so we deliver faster without cutting corners. We stand behind what we build: every project comes with written documentation and support after launch.
